Compliance is the backbone of every service we offer. Paylos takes pride in maintaining full alignment with NDIS guidelines to ensure participant funding is used appropriately and effectively. This includes:
• Educating Participants and Families: We provide clarity on the distinction between NDIS-approved supports and everyday expenses to avoid funding misuse.
• Transparent and Accurate Documentation: Our detailed case notes, reports, and communication with other professionals ensure we meet NDIS reporting requirements while collaborating effectively across the sector.
• Tailored NDIS Supports: Whether it’s capacity building, improved daily living, or short-term accommodation (STA), our services are designed with participant outcomes in mind.
We also emphasize the risks of engaging with non-compliant providers. For example, offering flights or other everyday expenses within support packages can jeopardize a participant’s NDIS plan. By prioritizing compliance, we ensure participants’ funding is protected and aligned with their goals.

Compliance doesn’t mean dull! At Paylos, we’ve proven that creativity and innovation can thrive within the boundaries of NDIS guidelines. By reimagining what support can look like, we’ve created engaging and impactful experiences for our participants:
• Fun and Vibrant STA Experiences: As an NDIS registered provider of short-term accommodation, we’ve invested in facilities designed to make STA both memorable and transformative. Participants build capacity in unique ways while enjoying a fun and supportive environment.
• Group Programs with Purpose: Our group activities help participants develop social skills, foster community connections, and work toward their NDIS goals. With 410 group program attendances to date, these programs demonstrate that compliance and creativity can coexist.
• Empowering Through Mentoring and Support Work: By connecting 324 participants with 65 positive role models, we’ve shown how innovative mentoring and NDIS support work can create life-changing relationships.
