Our One-to-One Supports are all about connection, empowerment, and breaking down barriers. At Paylos, we believe that the right support can unlock incredible potential, helping you connect with your community and make meaningful progress toward your goals.

At Paylos, we believe in support that feels natural and empowering. Our approach values respect, confidence-building, and growth, meeting you where you are and working at a pace that suits you.
With a team experienced in engaging those who might not typically seek support, we create a welcoming space where making progress feels genuine, helping you overcome barriers and unlock your full potential.
Yes, you can join group activities at a one-to-one ratio if that’s your preference or if it better suits your needs. We offer flexibility in our group programs to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and receive the support they need. In some cases, additional support workers can be arranged to provide assistance during group activities.
With Paylos, you can engage in a variety of activities designed to support your personal goals and interests. These include social outings, skills development, and community programs, as well as hands-on activities like cooking, sports, and outdoor adventures.
Paylos has invested heavily in resources, allowing us to offer activities such as mountain biking, kayaking, pool tables, table tennis, and mechanical programs at our farm—all completely free for our participants. This investment helps ensure that you can engage in fun, meaningful activities while minimising out-of-pocket expenses.
Yes, you would be expected to pay for your support worker’s admission, as this is not covered by your NDIS plan. This can make activities like going to the movies more expensive. However, we offer alternative options to make these experiences more affordable. You can use a companion card, which allows your support worker to attend for free while you only pay for your own ticket. If you don’t have a companion card, our support workers can assist you in getting one.
Alternatively, you can visit one of our Paylos centres, where we offer cinema-quality experiences with large TVs and surround sound, all available for free for Paylos participants. In addition to movies, we have in-house resources like kayaks, table tennis, and pool tables—all free for participants, making it a great way to enjoy fun activities without the extra cost.
One-to-one supports typically cover personalised assistance designed to help you achieve your NDIS goals, such as community participation or skill development. This can involve supporting you with daily tasks, learning new skills, or engaging in activities that align with your goals.
Non-essential costs, such as entry fees for specific activities, meals, transportation, or any upgrades to activities, are not covered by NDIS funding. It’s always a good idea to check with your support worker or our finance team to clarify what’s included in your plan.
We get it. At Paylos, we truly understand the unique challenges people face when trying something new.
