Director
With 14 years of experience in the community services sector, I have dedicated my career to supporting vulnerable individuals facing complex challenges. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry, a Diploma in Therapeutic Life Story Work, and a Certificate IV in Children, Youth, and Family Services.
My journey has taken me from volunteering on school holiday camps—where I discovered the transformative power of nature and creativity for kids—to working with the Cambodian government to deliver community service programs in rural areas. I’ve also held roles as a therapeutic residential care worker and an intensive case manager in the out-of-home care space, contributing to organizations such as The Salvation Army, Berry Street, and Anglicare.
These experiences taught me how to connect individuals with the right services and foster lasting, positive change. Witnessing the lack of access to mainstream programs for young people with complex behaviors inspired me to create Paylos. Paylos exists to provide these individuals with positive memories, skilled mentors, and the support needed to overcome barriers and work towards a brighter future.

Hi, I’m Kirstie, and I bring over 12 years of experience in the community services sector to Paylos. My work has included roles in early intervention, crisis response, intensive case management, and supervising a residential care unit. I also have extensive experience as a Wellbeing Coordinator within the Department of Education and Training.
For the past four years, I’ve been involved in the NDIS industry, contributing my skills and experience to help participants achieve their goals. I’m particularly passionate about connecting with people in creative ways, as we do here at Paylos, and using that rapport to teach essential life skills like cooking, cleaning, self-advocacy, and exploring vocational pathways.
Outside of work, I love camping, spending time outdoors, and finding opportunities to incorporate life-building skills into everyday adventures.
Human Resources

Along the way, I’ve completed an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, a Diploma in Community Services, and a Certificate IV in Disability.
As an HR professional, I’m passionate about fostering staff development, equipping our team with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional, person-centered services for our participants. By supporting staff to thrive, I believe we create an environment where both our team and participants can achieve their best.
In everything I do, I draw from a trauma-informed perspective to ensure our workplace and services remain compassionate and inclusive.
Authorised Program Officer
Hi, I'm Hayley, and I’m the Authorised Program Officer (APO) here at Paylos. With four years of experience in the NDIS industry, I’m passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their goals. I'm currently in my third year of studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at ACU and also work as a Community Support Worker at Paylos. In addition, I’m an Allied Health Assistant (AHA).
What really drives me is my love for the outdoors. I believe in combining nature with therapy to create meaningful experiences for participants, helping them thrive both inside and out. I’m excited about the opportunity to use outdoor activities as a way to promote growth and well-being for everyone I work with.
Business Development Manager
Hi, I’m Luke! My journey into the world of youth work and disability services began during my six years volunteering with CYC Teen Camps. These programs were life-changing for me, igniting a passion for creative and meaningful youth work. Watching young people thrive in an environment where they could disconnect from the world and reconnect with themselves was inspiring and gave me a deep appreciation for the power of community and mentorship.
As my career evolved, I wanted to find a way to combine this passion with my professional background. I’ve got a double degree in Commerce and Information Systems, specializing in Accounting Information Systems and Business Analytics. My retail management experience taught me about leadership and how to create practical, impactful solutions. Now, I’m driven to use that knowledge to make a difference in the youth work and disability sectors, developing systems and strategies that create long-term, positive change.
Outside of work, I love camping, playing chess, and getting into board games. For me, it’s all about balancing strategy with creativity and keeping the focus on what really matters: empowering people and building opportunities for growth.
